SHIPPING HUB

All orders are packed and shipped from our facility based in Karachi. Your package remains in our facility for 1 day before it is handed over to our logistics partners. From there, it is sorted and sent to the relevant delivery stations.

SHIPPING COST

We’re focused on providing the best value to our customers. Therefore, aminaessentials.shop offers free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,200/- across Pakistan.

Note: A shipping fee of Rs. 200/- will apply on orders under Rs. 1,200/-.

SHIPPING SYSTEM

We know waiting for your favorite herbal essentials can be difficult, so we’ve chosen top-tier delivery services to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

1) WITHIN CITY (Karachi)

Orders within Karachi are delivered within 24 hours.

2) OTHER CITIES (within Punjab)

Deliveries to other cities in Punjab take approximately 24 to 48 hours.

Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, political events, or inaccessibility in certain areas.

3) OTHER PROVINCES (Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, etc.)

Orders to other provinces are delivered within 78 to 96 hours.

Note: Delivery time may be delayed in case of political disruptions, weather conditions, or remote locations.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers can track their order status easily using the tracking number provided via SMS after dispatch. You can enter the tracking number in the ‘Track Your Order’ section on the Leopard Courier website.

SHIPMENT CHECKING

We do not recommend checking your parcel upon delivery. Many of our products—especially health and personal care items—require careful handling and usage according to the instructions. All items are fully covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment will be processed after a confirmation call with the customer and is subject to stock availability.
